About full years, there's no way to list them, as it is not possible at "stampworld" but we can discuss them through my mail, as I sell full years from many countries and for many years. All I'm selling is in a MNH quality and in perfect condition. I pack safely and very well. I ship by a Registered Mail (4.85 Eur to Europe/ 5.85 Eur to the rest of the world) and this kind of mail will provide you an insurance for your purchase + a tracking number. Registered Mail for providing Russia/USSR stamps is 6,99 Euros worldwide + 30% extra charge of the total amount of the order. About stamps from African countries + Maldives I accept only bigger orders - for more than 150 Euros and 20 items in 1 order (this rule doesn't apply for clients outside Europe). Important notice: About stamps from: Czechoslovakia, Romania, Albania, Greece, Macedonia, Turkey, Bosnia (Serbian), Yugoslavia and Serbia usually it takes longer for the orders to be handled, sometimes between 1-4 months until they are shipped, and for up to 4-6 months until you receive your orders ( the same is for some orders in particular), so please be patient. Also my stock is quite large and it is possible that some item could be sold out, so please don't get angry if some of the items are no longer available.
