The Society meets from August to June each year on the second Friday of each month.  Meetings are held at the McCracken Memorial Church Hall from 7-10pm.  There is no meeting in July due to a local public holiday.

The meetings are open from 7:00pm - 10:00pm opening with an informal session between 7-730pm. This is followed by the formal business of the evening and the monthly display. The display will take approximately one hour and it is advised to have between 40-45 sheets to cover this period.
